I cannot operate the flaps in the A320. Nothing in the community folder. Deleted and reinstalled the A320. Checked controls, nothing changed - all correct.
Anyone have any ideas?
So the lever doesn’t move? Or do you just don’t see the flaps actually extending?

lever doesn’t move - tries to - but then returns to up position

You don’t have the AI co-pilot turned on by any chance? In this case you would have to manually move the lever as shortcuts wouldn’t work.
No the AI isn’t on - manually doesn’t work either
If it does the same in all aircraft, I would immediately suspect a controller as being at fault. What do you use to activate the flaps?

That was it. Controller switch used for flaps is inop now.
