A320 stick version

Brief description of the issue:

on majority of flights when on Autopilot plane randomly starts to bank to right and starts going in circles before eventually diving to the ground. Will always happen during smooth flight when there has been no issues.

What about the weight and balance ?

Hi, thanks for reply. I have not ever touched or changed anything in weight or balance since day 1. I tend to fly as simple as possible, doing the take offs, landing and not much else!. Like to switch on autopilot early then adjust altitude as required. Only in the last month or so this issue has become a real pain.
Have changed deadzones in controller options, still get the issue.
Last week I reinstalled the whole sim, have zero add ones installed currently.

Do you have the same issue if you follow the OP’s steps to reproduce it?

Yes, have the same problem

Provide extra information to complete the original description of the issue:

Autopilot does´nt work on HDG, NAV or ILS mode, Altitude, vertical speed and autothrottle looks good

If relevant, provide additional screenshots/video:

yesterday, in the Asobo A320 I had it flying on autopilot , flight plans I’ve flown many times, and twice the plane rolled over , and dove into the ground. (both within the first 10 minues of the flight)

Now today the same flights are having no problem.

For those having this issue, can you share your complete FPL, flight conditions and anything you have modified? Or perhaps what part of the flight you were at just before the plane dove? Thanks!

I flew this flight plan earlier today, including manually matching the weights but with 40% load of fuel instead of the roughly 13% load it shows I needed. It’s the stock A320N, but with a Delta livery. The flight plan was manually entered into the MCDU while parked at the gate, with a few needed corrections to avoid an unnecessary out of route on arrival that would have made two sides of the world’s narrowest triangle, and weight balancing to keep CG in check.

In my case, everything started normally for about the first half of the flight. At the CRL waypoint, it made a slight left before turning right, almost as if swinging wide when pulling a trailer in a ground vehicle, but it recovered on its own. The next two waypoints were progressively worse. At EKN, I let it make a full left, almost 360° turn before taking manual control to get back on route. The bank angles got worse as well, going past 45° before I took control again. It kept acting up more and more often, even during straight sections and in approach mode on final.

I didn’t have altitude problems, but maybe that’s because I was intervening early and not letting it get overly upset. Weather was live, taking off in rain but otherwise smooth with a decent cross wind at cruise altitude.

This was the first time I’ve flown the A320N in quite a long time, so it’s the only example I have.

I’ve had the exact same problem for a couple of weeks. I’m flying exactly the same as I did a month ago but as I now approach the airport the a320 suddenly veers to the left or right.

The only thing I can think that may be causing the plane to veer left or right on approach is that the last couple of weeks I’ve been deciding where to fly, I make the flight plan, save it before flying then fly. So later I’m gonna decide where to fly, not save it and get on with the flight and see where that takes me
