A320 landing training

A 21 tons of fuel landing is what i call advanced landing training. Maybe an oversight?

Depends on the pax and baggage load. Is the A320 above or below MLW?

Dunno. it’s the new training mission. I realised the high weight due to the high nose up pitch for a 700 fpm descent.

Pitch attitude doesn’t change with weight.

It should always be close to +2° (conf full) on a 3° glideslope.

That is correct as long as the Vapp speed is properly inreased/calculated with added weight.
