After trying several things I just gave up - reinstalling the vanilla A320 improved it, but it is still several degrees off, turning at waypoints takes ages missing the path, approaches are also off by a lot.
I have the same problem with and without the mod so I’m pretty certain it’s the vanilla aircraft that is the cause.
