A320 used/dirty look?

Hi simmers,

Does anyone know if or where there is a addon that makes the 320 look used or dirty? Preferably compatible with FBW 320? Mine always looks like it’s had a wash and polish! :joy:

There are many dirty liveries on flightsim.to but I don’t think there is a dirty model of the fbw aircraft on its own :slight_smile:

Yep… Not sure what market you are in but have seen Delta, AA, JB, and Easyjet all with dirty liveries. They look great…

There is no addon that will do that.
The dirty look must be created in the textures for a livery.

I wish MSFS introduces an additional layer on the texture structure. Like a decal that sits on top of a base texture that players can just use a slider to adjust the level of dirt and wear and tear. Ranging from Pristine like fresh out of the factory/hangar, all the way to rickety and rusty that it looks like it should be put to the graveyard, and any level in between.

That way, everyone can adjust the level of wear and tear that they want, and livery creators don’t need to bother to create multiple versions of their livery, manually adding them to their livery that’s too hardcoded that can make some people uninterested in using them.

I’m one of those guys, I prefer a pristine and clean aircraft as if my airline company powerwash and sterilises the entire aircraft in and out before every single flight. But it does takes away my interest in using a livery that’s created with just a single dirty version.

what would be cool is if someone created an addon where you park your dirty plane in a hangar close the doors then open them again and your filthy degusting Aircraft emerges pristine , polished and emptied of all the nappies, inflightmeal and coffee stains and ramp rash…

Wow airplanes getting dirty and becoming clean again in the hangar would be one intense realism feature.
