A320 v2 speed brake

Speedbrakes do not work. They will rise, but they do not create any drag.

Moved to Aircraft & Systems as V2 is still in Beta.

Agreed; speed brakes aren’t effective in V2 A20N currently.

Actually speed breaks do work, however they either are a bit ineffective or you are watching them while descending using VNAV which might be the real issue, at least as far as Emanuel (which is at least an A330 pilot) thinks (exact timestamp):

Yes can confirm this - spoilers full - no effect on speed reduction
