No matter what I do when I load in the A320neo the displays (MFD etc) always stays dark. If I load in cold and dark I don’t get a voltage reading next to the battery switches when I turn them on. If I load into a runway with the aircraft already ready to go the displays are dark. If I load in a landing challenge with the A320neo the displays are dark.
Tried to link a video on Streamable, but no links. Tried to upload, but I can’t since I’m a new user. So you just have to imagine a black tv, that’s what it looks like. 
I’m on Steam, latest version.
I’ve submitted to Zendesk, ticket #111302.
This was the reply: “The display is going black when the battery becomes completely drained. To prevent this from happening, flip the Starter 1 switch to the off position prior to starting the flight, or double-check your keybindings. Additionally, check the magneto switch on your yoke. Set it to “Both” and not “Start.” Start will also drain the battery.”
