A320NEO Pitch Attitude on Landing

Is a pitch attiude of 5° above the horizon too high for an approach (I.e. before the flare)?

When selecting the approach speed on the Airbus a320NEO the pitch attitude seems too high. Is this typical in a real world environment? Is this the case for all aircraft?

Using the HUD, I check the Angle of Attack, which is approximately 6-7°, which I understand is the target AOA for approach?

In the case above depicting the PFD on approach do I need to be increasing my approach speed, and thus reducing the pitch angle and AOA, and should I be only reaching the desired 6-7° AOA right before touchdown? Or, do I maintain approach speed and AOA for the entire final approach, once fully configured?

Thanks for your help

This pitch looks totally fine. When you are fully configured and stable on your approach you will most likely stay on the same pitch in order to follow the glide slope until you flare which in fact you are, so everything is ok.
