Brief description of the issue:
When using the sim in English, the tooltips for the seatbelt sign say “seats belts” and “seats blets”.
The root cause is in the en-US.locPak file, which says:
"COCKPIT.TOOLTIPSV2.AIRLINER_OVHD_SWITCH_INTLT_SEATBELT_ACTION": "Toggle seats blets lights",`
"COCKPIT.TOOLTIPSV2.AIRLINER_OVHD_SWITCH_INTLT_SEATBELT_TITLE": "Seats Belts",
This is how these entries should be (note that the word “Seats Belts” also becomes one word):
"COCKPIT.TOOLTIPSV2.AIRLINER_OVHD_SWITCH_INTLT_SEATBELT_ACTION": "Toggle seatbelt lights",`
"COCKPIT.TOOLTIPSV2.AIRLINER_OVHD_SWITCH_INTLT_SEATBELT_TITLE": "Seatbelts",
(A note about the capitalization on “Seats Belts”. On almost all other tooltips, only the first word is capitalized. It is not an issue now because all tooltips are capitalized, but in the future, if a UI change were to occur and these tooltips were to use the original capitalization, the formatting would become inconsistent.)

Build Version # when you first started experiencing this issue:
The oldest backup en-US.locPak file I have is from Sim Update 4 (1.16.2.0), and it has this bug. But it very likely dates back further than that.
