No problem!!
Thank you CD139.
As a matter of fact, despite the checks and setting you suggested, I have just finished a flight from Rome (LIRF) to Venice (LIPZ), I started from a gate in Cold&Dark and once again, ATC did not work.
I realized it was not only a question of volume, it was the ATC panel that did not work … I have checked all of the settings related to the SOUND and the Assistance as well and everything was properly set …I cannott think of any further check …BTW, if I start from the runway, the ATC works …I’m really puzzled

If you have everything showing as @Ffortuna shows in the screen print above it should work. ATC window must be on COM 1 as well as radio set to VHF1 and the Call and Volume buttons lit.
The ATC window not responding to clicks is exactly what happens if the a/c radio isn’t set up correctly.
Have you also noticed that sometimes it gets too high in the final and the speed struggles to decrease ? It doesn’t decelerate properly so it holds too high a pitch so it decelerates but in doing so it loses vnav
I was told by the ini team that there is a planned update but msfs has to release it, it is not up to them to decide.
A long time later, the landings are still weird and almost impossible to land smoothly without some help of luck. The FBW system is just bad I think, both fbw (the group) and fenix have pilots on the team, but it seems they fly different aircraft than the ini’s ones, as the first two mentioned visibly pull the nose down at/below 50 ft, while the ini just floats the whole runway or slams down with -300 fpm. Maybe, just maybe, it’s the a300 under its skin, feels more like it, except there’s no articulated landing gears so it’s always smashing.
