Now that I am reasonably competent on MSFS, the Airbus A320NX in particular, I like to become familiar with some of the more technical aspects.
Regarding starting the A320 from cold and dark, which is the correct order in which to apply these two things - pushback and engines start?

I usually go with a pushback first until I’m clear from the ground crews, then I start my engines.
I think the ground crews would normally tell you when its clear to start engines once pushback has started.
