A32nx query. Been flying msfs since august. Really love the A320 modded version as I fly mostly IFR. Using development mode.However, here’s my issue if anyone can help. The EFB wont load updated versions, still stuck on the original, cant import simbrief. Does have ground function and throttle though but no flightplan. What am I doing wrong? Uninstalled full program and reloaded yesterday but same issue?
Are you using the new installer? Because to get the latest version of the airplane you need to use that.

Thanks James for that. Yes I do use the latest installer. Will try the discord now as you suggest.
Have you tried to delete it from your community folder and reinstall?

Nothing conclusive online. As you have, I’ve taken all steps several times, including a full reinstall of msfs. community folder. liveries removal etc. Tried stable, development custom, all the same Frustrating. now I just accept it wont work for me . Enjoy flying? Brent
just a thought, the current FBW320 is a complete plane not an update to the original A320, make sure you are loading the correct plane, there should be two A320 in (airliners) …
Sad to see it’s still not fixed for you… 
So, the FBW team couldn’t help?
He’s loading the correct one. He can see the EFB (something the base a320 doesn’t have) but it doesn’t function as it should.
Hi all, you’re so kind replying to my query. FBW dont support issues with custom or development they say. I can confirm I use the latest installer and yes I do have the FBW A320 showing in aircraft selection. I have over 250 hours A320 including some 35 with FBWA 320. I’m an old PPL using Microsoft since late 1982, love it. My last thought is an issue with simbrief not connecting but it does in the MCDU…which I always use. Using pilot number in EFB as shown in simbrief. I’ll keep digging, will advise if I crack this.
Hmmm… That’s just stupid of them imo… I mean, those are the perfect builds for them to squash out the bugs… That’s supposed to be why they have those builds, no…?
Anyway. You could force their hands by instelling the stable version and seeing if the issue is also there. Then, according to their own words, they should help you.
