What does the flashing LVR: CLB sign in the upper left corner of the PFD mean? The gear lever is on CLB and the speed is managed at 290kt at 21,000 feet. Thank you.
you have set the thrust lever to CLB detent for autothrust. If its not 100% set, you will get that information.
You may need to calibrate your throttle detent positions in the EFB tablet to the left of the pilot, by going to the settings ( 
) menu. Try increasing the range slightly for each detent position, so it’s not as sensitive.

As @Sunday748 wrote, only the thrust levers can (and must) be in the climb detent.
Thats the CL marking on the thrust lever quadrant.

I moved the lever barely 1mm and the warning bell sounded, the AP and A / THR disconnected and the speed increased. I have shifted the lever very slightly, still within the CLB limit and everything is back to normal. It plays on less than a millimeter.
Just calibrate your Controller as AeroCaptain4321 wrote. You can set a wider range for your detends. I´m fighting with that a little as well, but i guess i´m fine now.
Please excuse me . I wrote gear lever, it is obviously: thrust lever that I wanted to talk about.

Since you are interested in this type of adjustment, can you tell me, when the thrust lever is correctly adjusted, what should appear in the FMC at the top left, instead of the flashing?

The answer to your question is right there: THR CLB
You really should learn to use the correct terms. It would make supporting you way easier!
There’s nothing in the ‘FMC at the top left’, that’s the PFD.
btw, the takeoff and the landing in this video were really bad.
You can (and should) set a suitable range in the thrust lever CLB detent calibration in the EFB.
