The (real) A330 is notorious for its incredible glide performance.
When we calculate our descent path manually use we a 1:4 formular, 1000ft need 4NM.
At 250kt, FL100 in idle you usually get around 1000fpm (regardless of other conditions and if it’s the 200 or 300 and of the engine type).
Your simualted A330 however gives you about 1400fpm. That’s far too much.
