I had this happen once when my thrustmaster Airbus set stopped responding, I plugged it in and out, and after plugging it back in I lost all power. This was before the Beta started/
I’ve done 3 flights in the A330 without issue in the beta.
Nope, I was actually hands off. I have keyboard, mouse, xbox controller, which were all sitting still on the desk for about 3-4 minutes before it happened. I was talking on my phone, watching the scenery go by, and the power spontaneously went out in the Airbus. I noticed the EICAS showed the RAT was deployed.
It wasn’t frozen, i could have tried to start the APU, and restart the engines, but wasn’t in a mood to troubleshoot.

hm interesting. I’ll fly it a few more times this weekend and see if it happens to me.
I’ve flown this Inibuilds default A330 a lot in SU4 and SU5 testing, and the main issue I’ve encountered is if I go to Settings to check what I have set for shadows, etc, the longer I stay in Settings before returning to the flight, the greater the chance that when I click Resume, AP will be off and the plane is nose up or nose down in a precarious state.
There are some weird issues with SU5 to do with clicking on Settings (eg, the issue of trying to select an aircraft to configure), and I suspect there is an issue where, if you are in Settings, and click around, your clicks may actually be going THROUGH the Settings window to the AIRCRAFT in the background… but that’s just a suspicion I haven’t been able to prove or disprove.
This particular event was a one off (so far) where it just spontaneously powered off while at cruise, without me going to Settings.
I have only encountered these issues in the Inibuilds Airbus 330 series, not the default Boeing, or Longitude, or C172 (the planes I regularly fly).
