The A400M is not meant to be buyable, so that’s not technically a bug. The missions for which it does populate (I believe) only do so once your character is a rank of S, though even then their generation seems limited (by what, I’m not sure, nor am I sure if that’s intentional or a bug).
A400 has been in the filters list since at least Sim Update 4’s release (Same with the C-17) Both aircraft are only available for Remote Cargo Operation Missions which are limited time missions under the employee tab.
Hope eventually the A400 & C17 are going to be aircraft we can buy at some point!

I hope the A400 is ‘buyable’ at some point. Whats the purpose of only doing a few missions now and then. If it can already fly in career, let us buy it please and make more missions for it readily available all over the world.
They are not buyable because the SDK defines them as military, and military aircraft are incompatible with the Cargo company specializations. The third party Transall is not flagged as military by its developer which is why it is compatible where these are not.

However, at the flick of an SDK, Ini/Asobo could change it to a Cargo transporter for the military.
After all the Transall drops military cargo and para’s.
Yep, but it also has civilian roles - not sure the A400 or C17 do as well. I think most of the community would be interested in them opening up an additional Military Cargo company (or maybe just specialization within the existing one).
