I am sure (and I hope) that you will improve the FPS increase, since 19% (32 → 38) would not be worth spending so much money on an RX6900, at least for me because the GPU change would only be for FS2020.
I would really appreciate it if you could tell us if you have managed to eliminate those stutters.
