Brief description of the issue:

Runway 17L/35R should be 17W/35W and should have a water surface, not grass.

Build Version # when you first started experiencing this issue:

Could have occurred earlier, but I’m on Sim Update VIII (1.23.12.0)

I’m guessing it has been this way since release. I put together a crude scenery to fix this on Flightsim.to last summer so it has clearly been this way for awhile.
