As an inexperienced user, what would “accelerate and maintain V50” mean on a takeoff checklist?

Maybe a typo for VsO?? VsO is normally indicated by the bottom (lowest speed) of the white arc on the airspeed indicator. It’s the stall speed of the aircraft in its landing configuration. (e.g. gear down, flaps full, etc).
