Accessibility settings page and graphics/contols reset every time

ISSUE DESCRIPTION

Description of the issue: FS2020 starts with accessibility page, then choose graphics settings, and resets my control settings. The fixes by TenPatrol in the discussion forum have not worked.

FREQUENCY OF ISSUE

How often does this occur for you (Example: Just once, every time on sim load, intermittently)? Every time I start the sim.

If still an issue, I would recommend to create a zendesk ticket (https://flightsimulator.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new) to get direct support from MS support team.

Do you happen to know when this will be fixed? I’ve been without a logbook for 4 years and countless zendesk tickets.

Unfortunately not.

I opened a Zendesk ticket. They suggested making sure that all XBox entries in ‘Services’ are set to automatic (they weren’t), and checking that the UserCfg.opt file was NOT set to read-only (it was). I made the suggested changes, rebooted the PC… still the same issue persists.

Perhaps an unnecessary remark. When you start with the Xbox on PC and then go to my library / my games, click on the FS2020 image. A new page opens, between the image for FS2020 and the start button, you can see the synchronization. If not or any percentage under 100 then that would be the cause. I have the problem every few weeks (new install game bar, xbox app, to log in and out to the store and xbox app,and the synchronization is successful again and all settings are back). The UserCfg.opt (read only) is not important.
