Go into your pilot profile click on achievements and check to see if the achievement says 100%
This happened to me, I landed and it didn’t pop. But said 100%.
I had to do a reinstall to get it to unlock. Which it did when the sim was loading into the main menu.
I had to do this for, four achievements. Which is fine as the sim is only over 100gb lol
