There hasn’t been a weekly activity in a long time. Months. I’ve don’t every one since SU5 including the betas and have 3/10.
Well I have 4 of 10 but Maverick does not count. Do any of latest update of November 2022 count ? Soaring or heli flight ?

How did you get 4? I’ve completed every challenge since day one on Xbox including betas and only have 3. Devs have left Xbox users out to dry.
Decathlon is the worst Achievement of all time.

Thanks man. Honestly so frustrated with the Dev’s apathy. I was hoping maybe someone at the studio would use the “missions” to complete the Decathlon challenges since they’re no longer interested in putting out weekly challenges or Spotlight challenges.
Asobo: Give me a challenge. Make it as hard as you want, but don’t give me a challenge to complete events that don’t exist: that you’ve completely abandoned and have been completely radio silent on for well over a year now.

Today I unlocked Jack of Planes. So it is easy to obtain, but takes a lot of time. It is recommended that you hand over ai controls for the slow machines. Be sure to select low altitudes ifr. Short before the destination take over controls and land. Shut down the systems. Ai pilot can not land. He will crash……do not select direct or vor to vor. Then ai pilot will fly too low and you will crash. So, don’t fly into mountain routes or anything like that… don’t use sim rate increase……good luck

Did you end up getting them? I found you must hit every waypoint. I didn’t get… uh whichever the Patagonia one is but I was fairly sure I’d skipped a waypoint on one of the later legs. I flew it again using autopilot to make sure I hit them all and it popped.
That’s not entirely true. Perhaps not many… I’m new to the game. But I got 1/10 about the time you posted this. It was a landing activity if I remember right. Just had to stare at Top Gun for a few seconds until it switched to the activity. The latest (Nov update) don’t count though.
You must be on PC. The last 3 SUs have not counted for Xbox users.
Devs needs to find a way to make achievements in MSFS interesting (again?). Esp ‘career’. Short range. long range, light / heavy aircraft. shadowplay with friends etc. What’s the point of Multiplayer then?
Shows you’re at 99%. Just fly a bit more and you should get it. I got it not long ago. I had about 700 hrs when I got if I remember right. For some reason… some flights just didn’t get counted. I think it might have been a bug months ago that got fixed.

Did achievements get fixed in general? I want to come back to acheivement hunting, but SOOO many are reported bugged and I dont wanna waste time
There is only one that didn’t work for me, along with Decathlon which just can’t be done because they won’t release new stuff. They’ve said they’ll look into it. I would assume it will take a few months to work down the line though.
So, saddle sore can be done without cheating with Azuropolis’ Transall C-160, I just did a 2500 NM trip, loading it to the top with Fuel, and landed 8h 3m later with 39% of it. I should have load less since the take off was difficult and almost stall during the climb.
However, even doing this trip with all helps off, from cold start in a parking spot, to a parking spot leaving the plane in a cold state, was not enough to give me the “My Way” achievement.
Can you clarify? First you say
And then you indicate the flight was not enough for the achievement.
The general consensus is that you need to use default MSFS aircraft, so if that changed, people would want to know. Just want to make sure what you’re saying

I had tried to complete Saddle Sore by flying the PMDG DC-6 from California to Hawaii and it did not complete for me.
I can’t recall which default aircraft I ended up using to complete it, but I did use a default aircraft.

I looked it up. It was the DA62 — NZQN to YPAD
