When coming closer to the target airport and ATC clears another approach or transition as expected it is not working to change the procedure flawlessly. If I change the transition and load the new procedure the AP will everytime fly back to the first point of navigation in my new approach procedure. If I am already closer to the airport and heading for e.g. nav point 3 in my approach sequence the AP should recognize that and automatically switch to nav point 3 as next active waypoint.
Now it is very disappointing as the AP always circles around and flies back and forth, this is not realistic!
