Active pause allow speed grow while on ground.

Detail steps to reproduce the issue encountered:

  1. Line up with runway in any convenient way (optional)
  2. Turn Active Pause on
  3. Go Full throttle
  4. Release Park Brakes
  5. Let the speed build up
  6. Turn Active Pause OFF
  7. Enjoy your new Astronaut Job.

Where was this when the catapault was down and they couldn’t launch anymore aircraft!
