Active Runway not matching current wind conditions

Has anyone noticed the current active runways don’t match the current wind conditions? I haven’t investigated too much but noticed yesterday running live weather, wind was out of the west…yet active runway was 06.

Taking off with a quartering tailwind in real life would not happen…and a major no no

I get it sometimes.

I have no clue how the AI selects landing runways. Does it have defaults?

But, in the ATC window is the ‘select another runway’ option. I choose the correct one and continue landing.
