Many items in the marketplace are tagged as “NEW”. Can a filter be added so that only those items can be seen? It can be hard to see what are new additions as they are just included along with everything else.

I like this idea. I wonder how long the “new” designation sticks around. Since the Marketplace gets updated once a week, do products get tagged as new for a week?

Not sure, I’ve not checked - wouldn’t be too hard to see though because the dev updates show new additions each week, so I could have a look to see how long the new tag lasts. Since I first posted, other filters have been added (promotions etc), so seems like the mechanism exists to do this.
I’m definitely sure it’s possible to do this! Hopefully they get to modifying a lot of things in the Marketplace, one of these days!
(Oh, and my question on how long something gets tagged was rhetorical. But if you happen to find out, I’d be interested to know!)

the whole marketplace needs a lot more Filters I think.
Imagine how many addons there will be in a couple of years. It’s already chaotic right now.
I wanted to start a new thread, but I’ll add to this as it’s as close as I can find. The FlightFX HJet is the hot new addon of the moment, yet it’s very tricky to find without searching or scrolling very far. Here’s what happens when I go to the Marketplace, just to illustrate. Maybe on Thursday or Friday when the Marketplace update officially happens, this will change? Not sure because I’m not used to early-week releases.
No HJet here. Hmm, I’ll scroll down to New Releases.
Nope, no HJet here, either. Nothing under Trending now, either, or Bestsellers which I suppose makes sense as it’s brand new, but really, the speedboat with only 25 ratings is selling better than the HJet? 
(HJet isn’t on any of these tabs)
So I go to aircraft specifically, and scroll down to Jets and Airliners. No HJet. 
Well, let’s try “See all category”

Searching of course works quickly, but this exactly why a “New” or ideally, “Date added” and “Date updated” filter/sort option is needed. This will help boost sales of new aircraft! Everyone wins!
