Add ini A330 MCDU functions

On the inibuilds a330, please add more functions to the mcdu.

Functions that are not working / inop:
-offset
-equitime point
-direct with abeam points
-manu ATSU functions

And make it work with the WINCTRL MCDU!

Would be great to see all of these come in a future AAU for the iniBuilds made Airbus A330.
