I am wondering if other users can see my add-on YMF-5 plane in multiplay.
Because other users have not bought the YMF-5 so the 3d model might be changed to the default stock one. Could you let me know if you have experience?
Interesting question.
Most people will probably have “generic muliplayer models” ticked meaning they see everything as a default stock model.
However if you untick it I suspect you might only only see aircraft and the users liveries for planes you own yourself. Be interesting to find out.
Assuming you’re not selecting generic traffic for other players (as @EdamllamaB explained), you can only see plane models you personally own / have installed. Same goes for liveries. You can’t see models or liveries you don’t have installed in the sim. Same goes for the planes in the different editions of MSFS. If you have only the base edition, you won’t see the plane models from the higher tier versions.
So in short, you can’t see each others’ fancy planes unless you all “own” the same fancy planes.
I’ve bought all the aircraft available from the in-sim store and I’ve seen the CT182T and the MB-339 at various points. Every now and then I also see aircraft labeled “AIRFORCE”, which I can only assume is the Eurofighter.
I don’t think I’ve ever seen the Waco but I imagine that it should work the same way.
On multiplayer livestreams I have come across the M20 Mooney and the Waco a few times and also seen people flying the freeware Grumman Goose.
Never came across anyone else flying a Jabiru or the Bleriot XI though.
I think they need to also have your add-on to be able to see it themselves.
I fly the Jabirus all the time. If you fly in the continential US you might see me in one every now and then.
Are the Goose and Bleriot marketplace offerings? I haven’t seen them.
The Bleriot XI is a Wing42 product, available to purchase direct but it is not on the market just yet. It comes with both Anzani and Gnome powered variants:

The Grumman Goose is an FSX port with a lot of work put in to fix it up for MSFS, it is still in “early release” and is currently freeware:
I believe the flight models on both plane might be Pamela Booker so very well done.
