Which add-ons organizer would you recommend, guys ?
I have a lot of add-ons ( airports, liveries, sceneries ) and it takes a lot of time to load the game.

Well, the content manager is some sort of WIP-type organizer. Not sure what kind of loading time improvement you expect, though.
This does all you need and is head and shoulder above any other one
