Like “Spider Pig”, Many Developers do what developers do, and it becomes very much a case for the Customer to “Take it or Lump it”.
Some developers listen to feedback from Customers, and will often try to accommodate reasonable requests, or the wishes of the majority.
Others take the attitude, that this is their design and their vision, and customers can can either accept that, or go elsewhere.
Up to the time of purchase, at least customers have a CHOICE.
While some developers may have great Technical skills, which is probably why they are doing what they are doing, often hand in hand with that, goes poor skill of dealing with Customers.
Getting both is a rare but beautiful thing, and is a guarantee of success,
