It’s everywhere really - not LOTS but I’ve seen it happen in every flight pretty much. I can’t really remember the exact places I have been and seen, but here are a few examples below I just took. I will try and remember to take more shots and be more specific next time I see anything (I am in VR so not really convenient to take screenshots).
Happens on PG and non PG areas, and especially the connections between them. It’s not really that bad and not everywhere but quite widespread. I am sure you will see it soon somewhere.
However, you are right - I can tentatively say the colour changing tiles is not happening any more! Rejoice!! 
Overall though the world looks so much nicer than in 2020! A big step up.
