Hey guys, quick q. I have everything set up in the FMS successfuly except the approach. I get to this page and select the approach and transition as you can see. However how do you “accept” this as the actual approach so it then gets added into the flight plan?
After this page if I go back to the legs page the approach route is not appended on the end of the flight plan.
Normally when you make a change to the arrival it will change to say “MOD FPLN” in blue at the top and it will also say EXEC in white at the bottom right to advise you it needs to be executed with the EXEC button to save the changes. Not sure why those aren’t showing up. Looks like it has been Executed already?
I may have pressed “exec” before when first loading up the flight plan (loaded from a .flp file). However all I loaded was the main route. I want to now add on just an approach (no arrival). however it’s not getting added onto the “Legs” page.
even if I select a different approach I don’t see an “Exec” message
well now I don’t know what I did but I was clicking around so more and then bam, the approach waypoints were added to the “Legs” page. so i think I’m good now. but not sure how
