Steam, Deluxe Version, Win10
I have many Planes both from the ingame Marketplace and external, only the Twin Otter has this Issue.
The only LocPac is Sv-se and the two jsons are missing.
The Game then wants me to reinstall the entire 6gigs.
Currently I don’t have 6 Gigs easily to hand, given my being a seafarer.
Any Tips, maybe even a backup .json to copy from you guys?
Maybe copy the old JSON files out before you update?
I just went on the troubleshoot today, but as I am on a Vessel limited to a very, very, very shaky Internet Connection, peaking 2.5, middling at best 1.0mbit/s and rationed to 6 hours a day, downloading 6gigs is simply impossible. I already struggle with a 280mb download and have tried for the last 3 Days without success as MSFS just randomly starts looping and takes on average 30 Minutes just to start up, connect, fail to synchronize etc.
It is a real fight just to start MSFS with slow Internet because it has so many failure points that do not tolerate a drop in connection speed.
I have no old Version. It is impossible to get a new one.
So, basically after every Content Manager Update Check, the Twin Otter and now for some Reason my Drifter 582 disappear from the Plane Selection and their .json are gone as well as most loc.pac.
So apparently the Content Manager deletes my Planes.
And Paderborn Lippstadt also does the dance now.
Maybe just backing up the Folders will help solve this, but it is weird and kind of hard on my limited LTE Data.
Especially with all of the Looping Updates that simply kill off Data Volume for no Reason.
