I used to do tech pubs at a major airframe OEM, so I understand what you’re looking for - an AFM, not a POH or FCOM.
Short answer: that doesn’t exist for MSFS and likely never will. Better off using data off a POH you might have lying around somewhere.
Long answer: there is a lot of information to cover for the tail-specific, weight and balance, equipment list, normals, emergencies, limitations, performance etc.
Truth be told, so much of the basics are INOP, with updates flowing out over time, there would be so many revisions, temp changes and superceded information (assuming the functionality works in the first place, which is not a given.)
The basic MSFS checklists barely suffice. I doubt they have enough data to generate the full book, much less running afoul of copyright infringement for the original.
