After Reinstall of entire game, marketplace content such as London airport although re downloaded and apparently installed is no where to be seen , is it just me or are others experiencing this ?

Even though I bought the game through marketplace I found that if I reinstalled it through Xbox Gamepass , heypresto all my marketplace purchases reappeared in game.
