There’s also a hotfix to the sim planned for today, which should help with this issue.
Before creating a new topic it’s always best to use the search system by clicking on the magnifying glass on the top navbar to check if others are reporting (or have found solutions) to the same issues. You can also make use of the advanced search system by clicking the options link in the search box.
