Check FXAA and other AA post processor effects are set to off in nvidia control panel. Check your graphics settings again, updates sometimes reset them. Turn AI or live traffic off, they currently cause worsening FPS over time. Make sure no unnecessary programs or services are running in background.
Not sure what’s going on with clouds. I’ve always had issues with them, grainy textures etc
Thanks!!!
Me too. It actually seems to be getting worse every flight (daily).
Just a tip to those seeing deteriorating performance and assuming it’s graphics related. It could be, but it’s worthwhile checking this as well.
If you’re using AI traffic, turn it off and use Real-Time Online or no traffic at all. The AI traffic is buggy and over time more and more planes are added that your CPU needs to track, and the garbage (planes that are out of your range and you will never see again) seems to never get cleaned up, leading to ever decreasing frame rates in your session.
If that’s not your case, then by all means, continue with your original discussion. Just thought I’d throw that out there because over the last days, many folks have found degrading performance they assumed was due to graphics settings only to discover that this was their issue and disabling AI fixed it.
Same here. Same settings as before patch. Definitely worse fps & getting noticeable & annoying micro-stutters now. It ran perfectly last before.
Thank you very much for your answer. I’ll try your tips to see if I fix it. Although what I observe is that my CPU, GPU and RAM are working at 40% and I have 15 Fps in airports and 32 Fps in the air. Greetings and thank you
