After update : sim unflyable in Paris region

The sim crashes everytime an airport in Paris region is selected.
This update is a shame !

I Create a Flightplan and worked on my Route and Crash to Desktop. And Joystick sensitivity cant i choose.

Hmm I can’t reproduce this. It sounds a lot like my issues a week ago or so, when I got crashes because xbox live service could not be contacted.
Try disabling all online features and check if it works.

Paris is all good on my setup…

I’m glad for you FlipperJeans. But some people here in France are all experiencing the same bug. Apparently, this could be related to a server failure.
Don’t you think that Microsoft could acknoledge this bug as soon as possible ?

I do have the same issue not being able to change / customize sensivity for my joystick Thrustmaster Hotas cougar since I have updated to the latest patch, even though this option was available before the update.

Any ideas how to fix this?

The SIM does NOT work (for now) for people living in France… Use a VPN to connect to the USA. What a shame … no update for them…

Bug confirmed. To avoid a sim crash, you have to set the Bing Data on “off”.
I maintain what I said : this is a work of amateurs !
@Thevirus2012 : the lack of sensitivity settings is a acknoledged issue.

Took off from LFPG, flew over Paris and landed at LFPO. The pilot was seating in Poland. No problems, however I have Bing data off.

Issue seems solved this morning.

In what way is the issue being solved? Please let us know, what makes you think that?

My controls aren’t working any better!

And even worse, I can not customize the controlls anymore, after update 1.8.3 (?)
Wired, isn’t it?

I literally flew all over the Paris region yesterday and today. All data on.

Zero issue besides a trap bridge at CDG, so you may want to consider that no, the update isn’t a shame. You have a problem on your side and you should open a Zendesk.

The only “shame” I see are posts with a juvenile tone like this.

@Abriael : did you read I posted 4 d ago that this issue is solved ?? Read first, and then post… And avoid to give lessons to others, that’s a sign of maturity !

How do you know it is already solved? Asobo just confirmed in Zendesk that there is the bug related to western Europe sceneries.

Because my sym did not crash anymore… But if the issue is still there, the update is even worse I wrote above !

“issues” don’t solve by themselves. There was no update since, so there was no issue, at least not one on the sim’s side.

Considering the shrill, whiny tone of your posts, you really can’t talk about maturity.
