I’ve grinded all through Career mode to start my own Ag Business, but although I have all necessary qualifications, specializations, money and experience, there’s no “golden mission” for crop dusting introduced.
I am flying in europe, the americas and africa already. Is there anything else I can do to trigger the introduction of this mission type?
Do they still generate for you with Employee mode? I noticed that as soon as i’d start a company, all jobs would disappear but when only using Employee mode I can get almost any mission anywhere in the world.
I have never ever seen a single ag mission yet. Neither as employee nor as freelancer. I’ve learnt that eacht mission type is “unlocked” by ccompleting the first “golden” mission but somehow, this golden ag-mission hasn’t been generated yet.
Switch to Employee map. The fixed wing agspray golden mission should be located in Wisconsin (USA) and the helo one is in northern Italy.
Update: When I started the sim today, the golden Ag-mission appeared right away. Maybe the sim allows only so much new mission types per day, maybe it was a bug, I don’t know.
What does it take to unlock the Crop Missions for your own company? No missions appear for me.
First of all you need all the qualifications up to the Turboprop engine. The most tedious part is to complete 20 landings on grass or gravel runways to achieve the specialization for Ag flights. And last but not least you need 70.000 Cr for the business and ~800.000 Cr for a used AT 802.
No, just the certs. You can fly agspray as an employee with zero investment necessary.
You’re right. And let me tell you as a freelancer with two AT-802, who had to costly replace three gears already: It’s wise to do so. 
I’ve started my own Ag business in career mode. I bought a new R66, but I can’t fly it for my career until I complete the first golden ag mission.
But the gold mission for heli spraying is not showing up,

Do you have the specialization for rotorcraft Ag-missions? Besides the Lv 40 and the turbine engine rating, you also need 15 landings on “soft runways or bush”. After getting the specialization (and some times after a 24h wait), the golden mission should appear.
Yeah, I did all that. When I went into missions is even came up with ‘new missions unlocked’ thing for Ag.
I went and started and then aborted heaps of beginner missions I will never do. That made it pop up. I think Old Mate was right and only a certain amount of missions can be present or something.
Disclaimer - If you use the R66 for Ag, it will tell you to toggle park brake at the end, and you cannot finish the mission, so keep an eye out for the patch for that
