Again, again

hello,
before releasing new content, wouldn’t it be more normal to correct the new bugs on 1.9.3 and the bugs remaining on 1.8.3?
it is seriously starting to be annoying!
1.9.3 they incorrectly, etc …
I’m tired of always writing the same things!
I ended up thinking that MFS came out much too early, too bad for over 100 € …

How about fixing the identified bugs from Alpha 1 while you are at it.

hello, what are you talking about ??

??? What exactly is the topic of this thread??
Tired of writing? Solution: stop writing.
Bug fix sequence? Already being discussed in other threads.
Opinion that it came out too early? Ditto.

New content and bug fixing are somewhat unrelated to eachother because there are multiple teams working on multiple things. So you have a team creating content, a team for bug fixing, pr, sales, etc etc. All the teams have their priorities and a ‘to do list’ to make things efficient.

As far as bugs, there’s been an q&a were they explained how it works and what their priorities are.

You can’t expect them to assign every employee to fixing the bugs you prioritize the most.

As far as it being released to soon, i agree. But they somewhat admit this allready. So there’s no point in telling them again. Time can only go forward. So just use your time to write and explain about the bugs you’re having so people can try to help you out. Or make a topic and ask people to vote for your problem so devs can be aware of this.

There’s allready lot’s of topics with discussions about this subject. So if you do want to go in discussion and point out all these things again, you can do that over there.

You should watch the last Q&A, it’s all acknowledged.

How many threads will there be about this? Yes, there are bugs. Yes, the bugs have been identified. Yes, most have been acknowledged. Yes, we’re frustrated the patches are breaking things. Move on.

But yes you are right, you have to release content on a version containing bugs !!
anyway, we are good just to suffer and especially not to say anything!
obviously you are all right

I do like the irony in the title though…:ok_hand:

the title goes exactly with the situation!

No that’s not what we’re saying.

You don’t understand how a company works.

If the content makers are making content, they have a job that has a simple deadline. They assume it’s gonna take 2 month’s and it’s likeley to be finished in 2 month’s.

In the meantime people are focussing on bugfixing. This is much harder to put a timestamp on, and also new updates can create new bugs. It’s an ongoing proces.

So the question would be, if the content makers are finished, should they come home and only come back after the bugs are fixed? Or should they continue their job?

It’s two different things.

Ofcourse it would be nice to sew everyone fixing bugs. But it’s just different.

If you’re at a restaurant and your meal is late, you’re not going to ask the waiter to also be a cook right?

What comparisons!
I stop talking with you because anyway we will never agree!
how does this hamper content creators to continue, but the most urgent is not to have a correct and functional version?
and what are test users used for?

I think the question may again be: Why are the scenery devs not being put to working on the avionics bugs.
Makes sense to me, maybe

I think we should close this one off as it is obviously covered in many other places

Unless every even slightly unhappy user should have his own thread.

They didn’t wait for you!
and tell you that this forum is free to talk …

Who didn’t wait for me?

Calm it down gents.

@Christ49fr If it helps you feel better, the devs announced that from now on, they would release the patch updates to beta testers first to test and report bugs, after which the patch updates will be rolled out to the general public.

Talk about good news!
but yes at the rate of an update every 15 days ??
