I just loaded MSFS a second time and it downloaded the rest fine.
All I can suggest is trying the store troubleshooting tips in the knowledge base. There are a lot of steps but they need to be done.
Failing that then a reinstall might be necessary but if you have a corrupt MS store then that might not fix it either.
