AH Spitfire Mk 1A Problem

Sorry PLANE NOT LISTED IN TAGS ans so difficult to create topic on a Galaxy Android tablet
I have sent the following to help@airplaneheaven.com and awaiting for a reply. In the mean time just wondered if anyone has a helpful input for this problem.

PROBLEM
Brought quite a while ago, never could take off so gave up. Latest update did not solve the problem. The plane does not fly. Investigated and found these clues.

  1. initially loaded had no fuel. Unusual?

  2. Despite getting to nearly 80mph the tail did not lift. Looped and with no control was a passenger to the scene of the crash!

  3. Put trim to maximum nose down and joystick fully forward. No difference!

  4. Checked loadout and saw the C of G seriously out. Changed this to ‘35’. No difference!

  5. decided to place plane in the air at default 15000ft. Plane just wanted to climb from there. Nothing I could do even with max down trim and stick forward. Climb stall, climb stall etc.

  6. Removed plane from MSFS, exited then renamed CommunityORG, created Community and just redownloaded and reinstalled this plane only from zip file. NO CHANGE

Maybe I’m wrong but I suspect the .cfg files are not being read. I have not tampered or locked said files.

Cosmetically a beautiful plane, it’s just a shame that this problem exists for me.

Spent hours trying to work this out. Just sick of it. I have all payware WW2 piston engine planes and successfully and skillfully fly them all.

Spitfire MkIV, Corsair*, Wildcat*, Hellcat*, BF109, FW190, your very own ah-p47d, ah-p51d and ah-hurricane-mk1

*I’m brilliant at aircraft carrier landing too!

I’m too fed up to go back into the sim, taking pretty pictures to send to you. I think the above explains it all report. If you are not sure it’s a bug, please first report in User Support Hub.

Hi there @alanrco5287, your topic has been moved to User Support Hub > Aircraft & Systems.

Thank you for your report! The purpose of the Bug Reporting Hub category is to discuss issues that affect the base simulator. If you are having issues with a 3rd party product, please be sure to file a bug report via the developer’s preferred support method.

You can also check out the Discussion Hub > General Discussion sub-categories to see if others have your 3rd party issue to help troubleshoot.

If you believe your issue may be caused by a third-party addon/mod, empty your community folder, restart the simulator and try to reproduce the error.

All issues caused by, or involving third-party addons/mods should be reported to the third-party developer. All issues related to the core simulator can be reported here on the forum or reported through Zendesk.

Thank you Speed1994 for your imput. I rarelyvuse this forum as I find the categorises ambiguous and confusing and the addition of 3 tags when only two are relevant silly. Without 3 one cant post. You gave a sugestion to try, which meant you had not fully read my post as I had already tried that. I also noted, that many people on that channel were also reporting problems with 3rd party planes. So proves that others find your system confusing too. Before I retired I was a moderator for a system that I helped to design. It was popular due to its simplicity.
Alan

I did fully read your post, that massage is an informational template that we send to everyone.

Even if you have already contacted Aeroplane Heaven, we still don’t accept third party Bug Reports in the Bug Reporting Hub. That is why your topic was moved to User Support Hub > Aircraft & Systems and I added the template to the message to inform you of this fact
