Bug Report AI do not takeoff at Nice Airport (France Update installed)

Description:
AI Aircraft to taxi into takeoff postion but do not depart, following AC will taxiinto position as well (overlapping AC). They will get removed after some time, possible timeout?? This was checked at Nice Airport (France Update), not with other airports so far.
AIG will monitor this situation, the Bug has been reported to ZenDesk as well.
Steps To Reproduce:
Start at Nice Airport and wait for AI to takeoff (online or offline).
