Do you use MSFS2024 as Vanilla? Nothing in community?
No, currently only vanilla.
You can allway use “real time online” traffic method. It will inject GA traffic also with Asobo´s great and light AI models (there are lots of them). But you need to be right location at right time, because it is close of live traffic.
This bug still exists in su1 beta.

The deal has obviously something to do with the download/installation, since not everyones trafficAircraft.bgl is empty, right?
How about Microsoft/Asobo provide the bgl as a single download, so we can simply replace the empty file manually?
Yes it empty for everyone. I think problem is that they dont have working models yet.
AsoboPassive model problems:
- propeller isnt spinning
- Very bad lod for most
MicrosoftPassive models:
- the baddest lod ever, aircraft dissapears in close range
Has it been confirmed that an empty aicraftTraffic.bgl is as it should be (data-wise)?
That would’nt be a bug, but actually another missing feature.
Well i think it is confirmed because no one has it with traffic plans. Empty for all!
Still empty in SU1.

You need AI OFFLINE TRAFFIC?
I use 2020 because I can use beyondatc or fsltl for ifr airliner flights and your gamod or simflea offline ga traffic with default atc for ga flights… which works pretty well for me. unfortunately not in 2024…
GAmod 2024 is working ok with msfs2024, alot better than GAmod 2020 (offline version). I will push update later this weekend with lots of important things. For ecample Gliders and asobopassice AI aircraft as bizjets. I managed to get LOD´s working ok with them.
I get no AI Traffic on XBox Series X when setting is selected also.
SU3 beta, there is no trafficAircraft.bgl file. Traffic folder is compeletly empty after updating latest beta.
Do you have the same issue if you follow the OP’s steps to reproduce it?

With AI Offline I eventually saw one a/c taxying at KLAX after about 10 minutes flying around the airport in a helicopter.
Live Traffic at KLAX and KSFO was a bit better but no real world liveries despite seeing United, Alaska and Spirit which are usually in the correct livery.
All a/c were Boeing despite the labels showing some of them to be Airbus. The 737 in manufacturer’s livery had white tails.
A/c parked at the stands were mainly GA and helicopters.
Live traffic culling was worse than previous SU5 betas with all Live Traffic disappearing at the same time, gradually filling in but then disappearing again soon after.
There is still no trafficAircraft.bgl.
And these bugs are still present with latest su5 beta (1.7.16.0)
