AI pilot calling pushback when I'm not ready

Hello. When I load a flight with all piloting assists set to ‘Off’ the AI pilot is on, starts up the plane and then calls pushback. When I close the flight I go to the Assistance Options and it automatically turns the AI Pilot ATC Communications on even after I’ve turned it off. Can anyone help?

Edit: MAY be fixed, I loaded up MSFS and it started cold and dark whether it’s fixed I don’t yet know.

Edit 2: I have fixed this issue.

Is it turned off in the toolbar dropdown?

No. I turn it off but it turns back on.

In the Assistance options from the main menu (not the on-screen toolbar) ensure it is turned off in there as well.
