Flight from KLAX to KSAN works perfect in AI Pilot mode. Lands and than seems to accelerate and not apply brakes or reduce throttle. Am I missing a setting?
Unfortunately , the AI pilot does NOT do a lot of things it should do.
We could start creating a long list, but how depressing would that be.
One might “assumes” the AI should
- Start up,
- Taxi,
- Take off,
- Fly,
- Navigate,
- Land,
- Taxi to parking.
- Shut down the plane
All while communicating with ATC, and following a flight plan 
– but as a “Cop Out”, where is it documented in MSFS, that it should do any of these correctly, or at all.
Responses to similar questions in the past have been met with “It works – AS DESIGNED” - which seems to many, to be a perfectly acceptable answer.
