Worked for me.
Note: The folder in “packages” was “Microsoft.FlightSimulator_8wekyb3d8bbwe” for me as I use a steam version.
Not perfect, you have to click the feature on via the UI panel.
Copilot can take off, fly the plane, but can be dodgy landing.
However, this was always the situation.
