Yeah you do need a VMR. I tried it without one. You defiantly need one lol

It is possible to use addon linker to put the beta in another folder??, It is really heavy that folder…sim takes to long for load
should work, but since I am not using it I can not tell you how to setup. There are some users that have done it already, so check around some forums

I also have a question. How much of that time did it take to download Frontier package? And if there’s something even bigger.

I installed it along with a few others. Yes it’s large but I don’t recall it taking more than a few minutes. No idea how to tell the size before you install.

I considered installing a huge number of airlines but then looked at the departure/arrival lists for some of the airports in the UK that I fly in and out of most frequently. I was actually surprised that there wasn’t that many different airlines and could have guessed at least 90% of them.
I’ll do the same in the US and maybe for other parts of the globe when I decide to go exploring. If you’ve all the disk space in the world then install them all but I’m not sure if it will impact on load times.
I didn’t notice any impact on loading times, at least anything radical change.
I don’t use AI at all, I only use models in Vatsim so why not download them all. Most likely there is 80% of liveries that I will never see, but good to be prepared

Oh I hear you. I spent months generating 10 terrabytes of scenery for Xplane. I bet I never flew over more than about 5% of it. It became a bit of an obsession, the devil makes work for my idle hands!
