Yes. Whatever is on your desktop on that monitor will show. I personally don’t use a desktop wallpaper and use solid black backgrounds. So I see nothing but the WIndows bar at the bottom if I don’t have a background image.
Like I said above, in most of my planes, all I do is use a single image and cut holes in it as required for popouts so I can hid the Windows bar.
