What you want to achieve with true multi-monitor support is the possibility to look around without panning. If you want to know what’s going on at 3 o’clock, you just look at the monitor to your right which is configured to show the surroundings in that direction. It’s like having multiple fixed cameras rather than one rotating ditto.
